About Us
Big Bear Camper Vans builds custom camper vans, equipment vans, and work-ready upfits out of Big Bear, California. We're a division of Trionic Industries, Inc., and we approach every van the way an engineering shop would — measured, modeled, and built to last, not improvised on the shop floor.
We specialize in Ram ProMasters, and we work on Mercedes Sprinters, Ford Transits, Nissan NVs, and virtually any other van or truck platform. Whether you want a complete off-grid camper conversion, a modular system you can reconfigure as your needs change, or a single well-executed modification, we build to your spec.
What sets us apart is that we design and manufacture in-house. CAD modeling, 3D printing, and fabrication all happen under our own roof, which means we can build the bracket, panel, or mount that doesn't exist off the shelf. Nothing gets forced to fit — if your build needs a part, we make it.
